INCENTIVE/FIT: Because Raven's life recently has been: 1. all about helping a small number of people survive and 2. ending up being hurt because of those people. Her life is pain and suffering and there's a tipping point -- when, after all that Raven's done and all that she hasn't done (like stab her) Clarke seems to not believe that she didn't try to poison the Commander. That's what it looks like from her standpoint, and she's bitter about it. When Eudio officials put a pause on that and offer her a way out, she takes it.
She just lost Finn, they're likely going to kill her, she takes it. Even if it means cuddling people, but she can do that right? She'll move on, on normal terms and at a normal pace and put the war on the side.
For her end of the deal, Raven requests one thing: that the delinquents get out safe from Mount Weather eventually. With or without her help. And she washes her hands clean of that. (For now, anyway.)
